I use Apache JServ but I think the setting for Tomcat are simmilar.
In the properties file of your servlet zone add a new line with the full
path to your jar file.
repositories=@fullpath_to_your_jar_file@
Try not to use relative paths 'cause it can generate confusion to the
servlet engine. Restart your server and that's it.
