On the above page, there is a link on the left hand
side of the page "Download Implementations". If you
click on that link, you're taken to a page with a
heading "Implementations" and a note about Tomcat
being the official reference implementation for
Servlets. There's a bit of a leap in getting from
"the JSDK" to "official reference implementation of
Servlets", but a very quick google search reveals:
