I really have to ask - You mean to say that 1. you don't know the
product is IBMs and 2. even at the smallest cannot figure out
www.ibm.com or www. oracle.com there's even technet at Oracle - start
there?

Its really not that hard - and sure sometime you will absolutely want
to pull out your HAIR - it's all part of the learning process. .
