-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 hi man, Am Montag, 9. The tricky part is then to push it into excel files -- that is real tricky. A nice solution would be to store the parsed data in some plain text database file, weve got some experts here about those, they will tell you if excel can import that. the other way (brute force -- yea!) is to access excel via native methods. then you need two bridges: once you need to get native, i.e. you write a c-program, which access VBA methods in your excel. this, of course, is not plat-form independant. for details about how this is down you might check the msdn, i saw some article there once. i would strongly advice you to use that database way, or better: to give it up -- why would a servlet want to output excel files? regards, nick - -- There has been an alarming increase in the number of things you know nothing about. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.4 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Weitere Infos: siehe http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE60at3tCMH6LsGpQgRAh6dAJ9tJ0U6wOhVCnX+O3qE/xZ8ECUXLQCgt+1S IQ+CGNIy3aCPQO9VujYcMNo= =boES -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and include in the body of the message "signoff SERVLET-INTEREST".
