Your mapping says /user/staff/wapteam
but you refer it as /wapservlets/wap in your url.
try this url
http://140.124.13.4:8080//user/staff/wapteam/wap/servlet/HelloWorldExample
docbase refers to the directory where you store servlets and mapping is the one you
use in url to call the servlet. Mapping is provided to avoid the complete path in URL.
