Seriously, there may be reasonable disagreement over whether having a
Reply-To: back to the list is the right way to go, but I don't think
having your own Reply-To: is the way to deal with it.  If that's what
the list decides, then I think you need to abide by it.  Else you risk
causing more confusion/problems, as evidenced here.  Some of the lists
I'm on do it this way (i.e. a Reply-To: back to the list), some don't.
FWIW, I prefer it this way.  Although with my mailer (Pine, on UNIX,
but it's available for PCs :-), I like the way it handles either of
these options, and it's not much different either way.
