Some people have valid reasons for ignoring cookies. Some proxies
might not handle them correctly... some browsers might not handle them
correctly... Some people might be on sites where the administrator
filters/disables cookies... political reasons are also justifiable
It's not an option to ignore people who don't use cookies if you want
to reach the maximum audience for your webapp and if you want to
reduce support problems to a minimum.
