There used to be the J2EEBuilder, which was a Web App that acted as a
deployment tool. You can get it from
developer.bea.com.
However, they have stopped development on this, and decided to say "use
another tool", like your IDE.
Various IDE's hook into BEA (Together, JBuilder, Cafe, ....)
I personally wish they had a nice tool!
