It's cool that you have a "best deals" list.  There are some bookstore
"meta" search engines out there -- you specify the book, and they
search a bunch of bookstores, showing all their prices (including S&H
prices and info, and often in-stock info).  One I like is
http://www.addall.com.  For your book, they show a bunch of bookstores
that have it for under $31 for the book, under $37 total including
S&H: Bookpool, Textbooksatcost, A1Books, Textbooksource.net,
Alphacraze (people always seem to mention Amazon first, but their
prices really aren't that good).  Bookpool (included on your "best
deals" list) has by far the best price -- they often do -- and addall
(as well as Bookpool themselves) show that they do have it in stock
(your list indicates that they're out of stock).  Although they
probably will be out of stock soon after I post this note :-).
