Yes, you can use servlets and jsps.  Have  your JSPs and servlets return WML
instead of HTML.  You probably have to also setup your mime types.
Regarding forms, WML has forms just like HTML does.  May I suggest you go to
Nokia and download their WAP stuff.  They have more documentation their.
Whether you'll be able to see your site on your phone is another
story...this depends on your service provider and the wap gateway.
