Someone on this list might be able to help with a little history. I notice
that Tomcat started on version 3 and that source code was transferred at
some point from sun to tomcat.
Can I ask, was any of Java Web Server incorporated into the initial
Tomcat release ? If so which version was transferred ?
The main reason I'm asking is some problems I'm having with stability
on Tomcat of jsp and servlets look a lot like problems I used to have with
JWS 1.0. The problems went away with JWS 2.0.
Any ideas on this one ?
