Hi Rokan,
When u change ur code compile it stop the servlet engine/webserver and
restart it.
That should do it
In most of the servlet engines u have a reloadable option. If u set it to
true , even this wont be needed.

In case still u have a problem check ur browser cache settings. Remove all
previous cached contents and call the servlet again

Subject: How to refesh new image

Hi all,

I am developing a servlet which will generate JPEG images based on the
user request. Based on the user request, the servlet reads data and draws
image.

But, the servlet caches first image and the image does not change if I
change my code. It changes only if I restart the PC. Does anyone know how
to refresh the image without restarting PC?

I think I should refresh the image some way, I do not know how.

Shall appreciate suggestion.

Regards.
