is a former-egroups-now-yahoo list, you should be able to
find sign-up instructions in the archives of this list.

The tomcat-dev mailing list is a valuable resource. A
google search usually turns up one of the archives, so
something along the lines of: 'tomcat-dev war expand'
ought to be informative. Or you can go rummage around
on the tomcat home page, but I always try a google search
first...
