Hi Pierre,
The first method sounds good to me, i don't mind people seeing the source and
finding out the information but when i applied the code below :
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
<OBJECT classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000"
codebase="http://active.macromedia.com/flash2/cabs/swflash.cab#version=3,0,0,0"
ID=comic WIDTH=520 HEIGHT=387>
<PARAM NAME=movie
VALUE="/dw/media/flash/dramapost.swf?[EMAIL PROTECTED]&[EMAIL PROTECTED]&message=testing!">
<PARAM NAME=quality VALUE=autohigh>
<PARAM NAME=bgcolor VALUE=#000000>
<param name=loop value=false>
<embed
src="/dw/media/flash/dramapost.swf?[EMAIL PROTECTED]&[EMAIL PROTECTED]&message=testing!"
pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/"
type="application/x-shockwave-flash"
width="520" height="387" loop=false
bgcolor="#000000" scale="EXACTFIT"></embed></object>
------------------------------------------------------------------------
No changes happen in the flash page. The flash did show up but with {sendname}
as {sendname} only not as [EMAIL PROTECTED]
I got those information from the previous page which is nothing but an html
page. And the page which has the above code is a jsp page which retrieves the
values using request.getParameter("sendname") and assign it to the sendname
variable like this
sendname=<%= request.getParameter("sendname") %>.
You have any idea what is going wrong.
Waiting for your earliest reply,
b.karthikeyan.
