I wouldn't be cutting people off so quickly. I've had my posts take hours
to get to this list, so it's very possible that people posted BEFORE you
put your foot down.
Beside, moderating a list implies "moderation", not dictatorship. From
what I can remember, no one that you've axed today has abused the list
before, so I find your "one strike you're out" action a little extreme.
Make your case, wait a few hours, THEN become more drastic. Or else you
need to apply today's rules to EVERY off-topic thread, not just the ones
that seem to get you worked up. :)
