So, the issue is, what does "Any attempt to do so
should be ignored" mean? getSession is supposed
to return a HttpSession handle. I believe "ignoring"
means returning null.
Tricky, that one.
The session should be created (if it does not already exist) but not
alter the cookie table.
You see, you could still use the session, even though it's not set as
a cookie, by using URL encoding.
