Hi, I've created a servlet/applet application in a unix environment. The
applet files are in my public_html dir and the servlet files are in
/home/httpd/servlet
The wierd problem I have could be related to my servlets or it could be
related to my account, I'm not sure and I can't figure it out so I thought
i'd ask all of you if you have any suggestions or solutions ;) When I go
to test my applet connecting to the servlet from my account it gives me
the following error:
netscape.security.AppletSecurityException: security.class from local disk
trying to access url:
http://juniper.pharm.mun.ca:8900/servlet/UserCreateServlet
but when I go to access the same thing from any other account on the same
server that my account is on it works perfectly fine. It also works
perfectly fine from any other location I try it from. I've deleted and
reinstalled my netscape and it still does the same thing, so I dont know
what it is. The even wierder thing is that it used to work from my
account.
