That's wierd -- I've used DbConnectionBroker for a long time and have never had
this problem.  Just an idea -- are you closing you Statements and
PreparedStatements before you call myBroker.freeConnection(Connection)?  If you
don't close them DbConnectionBroker will not think they are free.
