The obvious first suggestion is that you check that the destination fields in your target database are declared large enough to accept the data you're trying to store in them - otherwise you will get a message similar to the one you currently have; for example a field declared as Text[100] will give you that error message if the data you try to store is >100 characters. If this is the cause then the only cure is to shorten your data (as the message informs you will happen anyway if you proceed) or change the field definitions in your table (being careful of knock-on effects anywhere else). :-)
