I suggest you check where oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver(.class) is:
if it is in a jar file, you can move the jar file from CLASSPATH to
WEB-INF/lib, from several emails, it is better to "encapsulate :-) "
utility-jar file(s) of a webapp into WEB-INF/lib.
