Speed problem while using JApplet.

HI all,     I am using Japplet(Swing) as the front end and using Servlets in the middle tier. I am displaying the applet on the browser using Java  Plug-in. The problem i am facing is, While accessing the applet on different systems in the network(displayed on the browser), it is fast on some machines and slow on some machines and in some machines it is not at all displayed.   Rgds., Raja
