Run Apache JServ with ssl_Apache( Windows enviroment)

I installed Apache Web Server with package apache_1.3.20-win32-src-r2. I tried to check if Apache JServ was already installed by looking up file ApacheJServ.dll but I found nothing. Now, I want to install Apache JServ (1.1.12) with the ssl-Apache but I got an error message which said that  my current JServ has to be recompiled with option -DEAPI.
