 Yes.

 Read the Class Loader HOW-TO. You should have a copy of this
in your local Tomcat installation, or you can get to it online
at:

  http://jakarta.apache.org/tomcat/tomcat-4.0-doc/

 If you choose not to read the documentation, than at least
ask yourself why the Tomcat developers left out the CLASSPATH,
and if it's such a good idea to go adding it back in without
understanding what the consequences might be. (Hint: no, it
really isn't a good idea, classloaders are a complicated
mess and messing with them can produce bizarre and hard to
diagnose side effects)

 If there's some reason that following the recommendations
in the HOWTO isn't practical in your case, then bring them
up on the list, there's probably a workaround.
