Sorry, my previous mail was about installing the webapp-module on a
Windows system, so the link I gave pointed directly to the webapp-
module compiled for Windows. Please visit

  http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-tomcat-4.0/release/v4.0.1/bin/

and look for your operating system and processor type, for example

http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-tomcat-4.0/release/v4.0.1/bin/linux/i386/webapp-module-1.0-tc40-linux-glibc2.2.tar.gz

if you are running Linux on an Intel machine.
