Hi

First of all you need to compile the webapp_module for Apache.

After that add in the httpd.conf
LoadModule   webapp_module modules/mod_webapp.so
AddModule     mod_webapp.c

shut down apache and tomcat

edit httpd.conf again
add the following
<VirtualHost ...>
.
.
WebApp connection conn localhost:8008
WebAppDeploy examples conn /examples
</VirtualHost>

After that restart tomcat, wait 10 seconds and then restart httpd.

visit the url of the virtualhost
e.g. http://www.projekt1.com/examples

and voila you get the tomcat-examples.

Have fun.
