We have seen this problem before. It means the port you are using (defaults
to 8080) is in use by another application.  For example, if you install
Oracle on the same machine, one of the standard components of Oracle binds
this port.

You can either figure out which other app has taken the port and shut it
down or change it or you can reset Tomcat to another port by changing all
8080 port references in the server.xml under the \conf directory and
restarting the server.
