Do you mean, "How is a servlet instance preloaded into the container on
startup in JRun?"  Like any other servlet container - in web.xml.  Have you
RTFM in the JRun Management Console?  There's a 500-page online manual, part
of which is dedicated to deploying servlets with JRun.
