I tried 127.0.0.1:8080 and tried, also  my ip address xx.xx.xx.xx:8080 to no
avail.

Some more details:
- my platform is Windows 2000 Professional
- my internet connection is Broadband Roadrunner
- my ip address is DHCP served by Roadrunner, DNS also served by RR
- tried both IE and Netscape browsers
- tried setting port to 6969 instead of 8080 in conf/server.xml, no change,
still "Page Cannot Be Displayed"
