Hi ASALAM,   have a look at http://jakarta.apache.org/tomcat/tomcat-4.0-doc/config/ajp.html. You can't mix the mod_jk with the mod_webapp. You have to choose one of it. I'm working with the ajp13 connector and it's working pretty well and fast.   Uwe
