Subject: tldConfigJar error in Tomcat 4.0.3

Hi,
First posting so apologies for newbie-ness.

I'm having a problem with Tomcat 4.0.3. Basically I have a web application installed and a context configured, but unfortunately it does not appear to be working properly. After setting debug levels high, I am getting the following error message, and was wondering if anyone could shed any light on it:

"2002-03-27 12:01:03 ContextConfig[/rms]:     tldConfigJar(/WEB-INF/lib/xerces.jar): java.io.IOException: No such file or directory"

Now this file definately exists, and from what I can see the permissions are OK. Any ideas would be appreciated.
