Hi  IIS by itself doesn't support servlet and JSP.  There is a plug in called New Atlantas Servlet Exec(Trial version is available).  This plug in will serve JSP and servlet pages requested by the browser to IIS. The learning curve for this plug-in is very easy. It make take around 1 or 2 hrs.  You can also use Webserver (IPlanet etc.,) or  App Server(Weblogic, Websphere etc.,)  to do this job.  Hope this helps you!
