Hey, come on, guys! Mark frequently replies seriously to questions in this list and has been quite helpful to many people including newbies. He does like to joke a bit too: though, my personal feeling is he means no harm - and what's more, may be quite welcome on a dreary Monday!.. So maybe we shouldn't take it quite so seriously/personally..
