Here we go again... We use JRun here for servlets. Have had few problems. As to performance differences, can't really say as I'm not a Tomcat user. The other container we use here is Oracle oc4j (Orion server). It's pretty good too, although not as straight forward to configure. We gave up WebLogic 6 months ago because of the cost. dg
