This is a announcement for the new BajieServer 0.95ym, the first release
with the new faster engine.
The main server is a little bigger now at 274K, but is about 30% fater then
the old 0.95w engine.
Some new features also went in, such as auto reload dependency for static
included jsp pages, war files within wars (preparing for ear support). All
browers include Opera are now supported. Also jview is fully supported now.
Main features of the server includ:
Servlet 2.3 and Jsp 1.2
Auto servlet/jsp/war reload for easy development needs.
Config servlet for easy servlet config (now also supports put servlet
parameters in classname.properties file).
CGI and SSL support.
super fast engine (see the bench section for a comparsion between
tomcat/Bajie/Orion. Please note that Orion is the fastest server out there,
beat other servers such as Jrun, weblogic or Tomcat by at least 50%).
