Hello John, Just go to the site http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-tomcat-4.0/nightly/ and download the appropriate binary build based on your Operating system. After download if you goto tomcat\webapps\tomcat-docs there is a document Running.txt follow the instuctions exactly as written in the doc and you should be all set.
