Sometimes the space between Program and files(Program Files) or New and
Atlanta(New Atlanta) could be problem. Try a differnt directory or remove
spaces between them.

Thanks for the suggestion...but i need to work with this because I have this
at my client end already and there it is perfectly working fine on NT...
I am facing all sorts of problems while doing with 2000.

Hope somehow I can slove this...
