Then you should read through the help that comes with Tomcat.

In general you have to compile your servlets into a webapp directory
structure (put them into WEB-INF/classes or as a jar file in
WEB-INF/lib) and then ask Tomcat to run the webapp, perhaps by putting
the webapp in Tomcat's "webapps" directory.
