We are looking at a site with a series of similar subsections which might be foo.mysite.com, bar.mysite.com ... 1) How does DNS treat these - do they all go to the same IP? 2) How would Tomcat treat these? 3) With an absolute URL I can tell the difference - how about a relative URL
