No. You have to have a servlet container to run servlets. Try
jakarta.apache.org for the reference implementations of the Servlet and
Jsp specifications. Tomcat (the servlet/JSP container) comes with a http
server "built-in". If you want, you can run it with another http server,
such as Apache.
