You need to redploy your WAR file. May be you need write a make file or use ANT to do that.

I have a program build with servlets and java code using a Tomcat servlet engine and web server. I need to replace a single class to fix a bug. However, if I just copy in the new class, the server is not reading it. I have to compile the class on the server itself.
