I would disagree with your friend, coz tc 4.x is much efficient and provides
many more features as compared to 3.x. There is no problem as such with
deployment issue of tc 4.x, just recently deployed tc 4.1.10 with apache on
linux, and till now no such problems as such. Yeah you should integrate tc
with apache or IIS to give better stability.
Earlier versions of tc 4.x had some bugs but now in the latest version they
have been fixed.
