Well, my first though is that you have no idea of what you are talking about, so go read a book.  And the specifications would help, too, but obviously, you are too inane, lazy, or mental deficient to check your literature before asking the foram.

In JSP the directive <%@ page isThreadSafe="false" %> implements the SingleThreadModel to make a JSP page thread safe.  I just completed a project where many pages are using this. 
 
Why should the SingleThreadModel not be used? Any insight on what the strategy is for JSP with this directive for Servlet 2.4?

It will be deprecated from servlet 2.4 release so you really need to think twice before using it
