Hello,

You could try to use openssl commands to regenerate certificate from the original key 
(and, eventually, with the original request file, in the case of a client 
certificate), but the command will be different if you want to regenerate CA 
certficate, server certificate or client certifcate, first search openssl site : 
http://www.openssl.org/
