Hello everyone, I have been experiencing extreme frustration with my present web hoster. I was promised private Tomcat (I should be able to stop and start through SSH) and JBOSS but I have yet to get the Tomcat manager, admin, or even the standard jsp examples that are included with Tomcat to work. The same trouble ticket is going on 3 days without being resolved.
I found out today that they sell the private Tomcat hosting package, but there is no longer anyone there that is knowledgeable enough about JSP or JBOSS EJB to adequately support it. I asked them to just install an example application that works and I would be able to handle from there. They couldn't even do this!! I found out that the knowledgable people there specialize in Pearl and PHP. To get to the crux of the matter, I need help in finding a more suitable web hosting company that offers private Tomcat and JBOSS hosting and has knowlegable staff for full 24/7 technical support. Also the support should include a and not just email and chat. We don't want to break our budget for this either. Any recommendations??? Thanks.
