new version 3.03

Has anybody started running v3.03.  Whew...my completion times have almost doubled.  I am in favor of better science, so this is not a complaint.  Has anyone else experienced this amount of increase in completions  times?  My P3 700 is looking at 11-12 hours per.   Thanks,   Allan
