I have discovered that you can speed up the processing of the CLI version by running two wu's simultaneously using a single processor. I am using SetiStash to run one wu. For the second wu, I created a shortcut in the SetiStash folder with two switches of "-verbose -nolock". This slows down a single wu time; but, for two work units, it is done quicker. That is, if I just do one wu at a time, it is done in about 13 hours. By doing two at a time, they are done in about 23 hours total for two. The processor I have is a Pentium 3 at 533 mhz with 256 megs of ram under Windows 98 SE. == Unsubscribe instructions: http://www.talkspace.net/mlists/setiathome.html This list sponsored by talkspace.net: building space communities online.
