So far I haven't gotten a duplicate work unit
message yet, so I can't help you there.
   If you haven't been able to connect within a week
it's probably in your computer not them.
   What I ended up doing was completely uninstalling 
seti, I then tried to down load from the site and it
wouldn't take. My wife then, downloaded the seti
program from her computer to a floppy and we were then
able to successfully load it in mine.
