I'd like to take a survey. I'm trying to find out what setup will process
WU's fastest. Submit your system specs below and I'll put them in an excel
spreadsheet for everyone to compare with.
Mine are as follows:
CPU - Athlon 1.3GHZ (I'll lookup the L1 and L2 cache for your processor for
you - This makes a big difference in processing WU's).
Memory - 392MB PC133.
OS - Windows 2000 service pack 2.
Client Type - Command line client run with SetiDrive for caching.
Client Priority set at (Low,Normal,High) - Low.
Performance enhancing programs - RamDisk 2000.
Average Time to complete a 4.10 Teraflop WU - 6 hours.
