Subject: Donations to S@H DO help!
Posted by Mark Taylor on Feb 22, 2002 at 15:00

This just in from the newsgrooups sci.astro.seti and alt.sci.seti

>From Eric Korpela at S@H

"We've received enough donations from users to (at least temporarily) pay
for an additional 10 Mbps of bandwidth. So the University limit is up to
80, and SETI@home will get at least 10 Mbps of that. There will still be
connection problems during the peak hours unless we get significantly more
donations.

So thanks should really be going to the people that hit our donations page.

Thanks to everyone!"

      Eric
