Well lets see.  My system is an AMD 1.33ghz Athlon.  It worked fine with
W2K, until our computer geeks came and did some "enhancements" to keep our
own secretatires from infecting us with .exe viruses.  Since then, 4
months, I have gotten 2 packet through.

It most likely is a combination of BOTH.
